Will Salter

I’ve wanted to do shots of people in their own houses for awhile, capturing their emotive personal qualities. I think it’s good for anyone doing any artistic craft to challenge themselves and going into a persons home and not knowing the layout, lighting, or what to expect is a great way of encouraging thinking on your feet.

I asked Will, whom I know personally, if I could photograph him and was chuffed to bits when he accepted. Will seems to have somewhat of a conflict in personality. On the one side he’s this incredibly witty, charming, funny, theatrical guy full of bravado but this is met with this anti-social, awkward fragility that is very rarely displayed for all to see.
