On a rainy evening in Cornwall, Kazak did a great job of warming up the ever increasing audience. Despite being a fairly new act upon the scene, in the short time they graced they stage, they showed a huge amount of potential to build upon.
In a music industry build on people seemingly looking angsty for long periods of time, Hops are a breath of fresh air to photograph. There is nothing better than photographing a group of friends who are not only obviously enjoying themselves playing live, but who are also creating innovative songs whilst doing so.
Despite a set littered with issues from bass guitars cutting out, to vocals cutting out to broken strings…Bonetired put in an energetic performance that the audience not only lapped up, but in put in their own performance in return.
From the moment The Rezner hit the stage, the audience were with the with them every step of the way. The bands performance was off kilter and chaotic with both audience and band surfing the crowd at every opportunity. If this kind of reaction to the bands music moves to the other side of the Tamar then it really won’t be long until a gig in Cornwall is an unusual sight, until then, lets enjoy these shows while we can.
