These photographs were taken around various locations in Cornwall, UK.
Some words about the shots…
Feels weird to have taken these images within almost a year of each other and for the world to not have changed. I hope you can see a slight change up in the style though. I’ve been doing DIY style tilt shifting by taking the lens off the camera and shooting that way, but over the last few months that has changed.
Now I have a Lensbaby lens. Obviously it’s a cheap lens, the sharpness isn’t amazing and it’s a difficult and sometimes slow process but when it comes to my floral photography that suits me just fine. I’m really happy with the images that I’ve created from it.
I’m starting to think about some of the perspectives I use. I’m going to start looking for textures I can almost do macro images of, as well as images of the back of flowers etc.
I’m very much looking forward to photographing more flowers in the summer!
