Some words about the event…
Prime continued their knack of creating great and out the box events by putting on this one night gaming festival (with the help of some lovely other people). The rooms were prepped with televisions, a pretty big variety of both recent and nostalgic console systems and alongside this, there was also a virtual reality system to play amongst other things…. You can’t get better than that right?!
In terms of photographing, it’s mad to think that this is a space I usually photograph gigs in, so obviously it was pretty dark. I utilised what light there was, including some coming from television screens and just tried to stay as hidden as possible in order to capture images from the night without getting in anyone’s way!
