Ben Thorpe 12.3.15

I've photographed Ben before, in the lead up to the release of his album. That shoot was littered with quirks and fit with the time but since then I feel like I've grown as a photographer, and Ben has grown as an artist.
With this shoot then, I wanted something a little more natural, and a greater sense of personality.
Before we shot, Ben spoke about his love/hate relationship with money, the difficulty of being a musician and wanting to constantly move his career further than perhaps it has so far. Ben will always be a funny, happy-go-lucky guy, but I'm hoping I captured some of this conflict also.
