Some words about the shots…
Andrew is a big part of the local music scene and anyone who goes to gigs locally will have seen him. Not only that but he’s also a part of Source FM, a Falmouth & Penryn based community radio show, with his show in particular showcasing local favourites as well as up and coming acts.
Having never photographed in this type of setting before I was lucky enough to sit in on one of his shows and take some shots of it. I mixed it up with a combination of 14-24mm shots as well as 85mm shots which I think showcase the feel of the station while also documenting the show as it was taking place. Ideally I’d have probably been better suited to taking my 24-70mm but we live and learn!
